Hello, and Welcome to Enhanced Self-Love, LLC! I am Jerry Bryan, an Army Veteran with a degree in Social Work. I am 47 years young (according to my birth certificate), and I have always had a passion for helping people. I've been through a lot in Life, and I've learned a lot of lessons the hard way. One of the reasons I have created this site is to impart the knowledge and wisdom I have gained over the years through various Life Experiences (experiences in the Army, past relationships, my education in the Social Work field, and growth through my own healing) to assist people with, and help guide them to, discovering their own Self-Love.

While I grew up shy, quiet, and picked on throughout school, I truly began to “come out of my shell” in the Army, and I discovered the power of my own voice. As it became easier and easier to talk to and build relationships with people, it also became easier to identify some of my own issues and work through them. Over the years, I have taken what I have learned to heart, and I have used it all to help me grow in both my personal and my professional lives. It is my hope to utilize my knowledge, experience, and expertise to assist you with setting and accomplishing goals, so that you may rediscover and enhance your own Self-Love!
